Registration Form: Please print & fill out our registration form here. If you have Adobe Acrobat or the free Adobe Reader, you can fill out this form on your computer screen and print the competed form. If you have difficulty, just print the form and fill it in by hand. We accept personal checks and credit cards. Annual membership dues become renewable in June and are currently pro-rated quarterly for those joining throughout the year.

Join Online: Alternatively, you may register and pay for your membership online in the secure Dive Club shop using Paypal. Through Paypal you may opt to use your Paypal account (if you have one) or use a credit card. This is a secure method for paying online. For this convenience, the Club is charged a small fee by Paypal which we pass through to you.
