September 13, 2008 (Saturday) - Basic boating safety course will soon be a requirement for all owners and operators of boats in the State of California. Here is your chance to take a 1-day basic boating course offered by the members of the U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary. See flyer.

Left on Buhman (stop sign), Left at the second street — Twin Oaks, Left at the third street — David Drive, Take the third driveway on the left with a purple and yellow mail box.
Their house is at the top of the hill.

We have changed the venue for our Potluck BBQ!
The annual Berryessa Club “Potluck BBQ” which is scheduled for this Saturday, June 14 (11am) has been moved from Berryessa to Napa!
Through our conversations with various club members, we discovered that many would like to attend this social BBQ but couldn’t afford the time for an entire day event at Berryessa, so… we made it local.
Come one, come all, children welcome!

Sonoma county resident Tom Kendrick was a California sea urchin diver for 22 years. His diving career originated from his search for secret surf spots at the Channel Islands, and took him from Santa Barbara to Mexico, Oregon, Washington, Alaska, northern California, and the shark-infested Farallon Islands. His book, Bluewater Gold Rush, has been featured in California Diving News, The Surfer’s Journal, National Fisherman, Historical Diving Magazine, and the PBS television show, Huell Howser’s California’s Gold. A screenplay is currently in production.
