In the past three years many new homes have been built in the Berryessa Highlands. Currently the City of Napa has put a hold on new building permits. Once new permits are issued again there will be even more growth. The lake has a very bright future with new marinas on the horizon. And housing is on the rise. I am wondering if I wanted to camp on the lake and not wanting to go to Markley Cove, Pleasure Cove, and Steele Park doesn't have tent camping. If I take my boat, launch at Cappelli Cove, find a spot, beach my boat, and set up camp. Who's gonna care and what'll happen? After July 13th of course? I ve been camping at Berryessa for 10 years.
